MISSED APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

EFFECTIVE FROM 1^st APRIL 2023

Please appreciate that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving 24 hours’ notice, we are usually unable to fill that appointment slot.

As a courtesy, we text you 48 hours before your appointment to confirm the date and time of your appointment, so please notify us immediately if you are unable to make your appointment.

You will be charged for the treatment you were booked for if you fail to attend the appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours’ notice.

New patients, booking online, will be contacted before their appointment to take payment for their chosen treatment, in advance.

Regretfully we have had to put this policy in place due to the increasing number of same day cancellations.

Of course, we do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.
