We thought it may be nice to re-introduce some of the familiar faces here at Fay Pedler clinic and welcome the new ones to you also!

Today we catch up with one of Fay Pedler Clinics’ front of house receptionists, Sharon.

What is your background?

After living abroad for most of my life as my father was in the services, I came back to Plymouth to settle and soon met my hubby.  We have a lovely daughter who has made me a nanny (my keep-fit guru!)

What areas have you previously worked in?

I enjoyed many years working in retail fashion, before moving into a job with the NHS (receptionist).  I can’t believe I have been with the Fay Pedler team for a year now.

What is your role at Fay Pedler clinic?

Receptionist, meeting and greeting patients and family.  Taking calls and responding to messages.  I am thoroughly enjoying the new challenge.

What are you most proud of?

I have to say my family.  My little 18 month old granddaughter keeps me fit.

What’s the best thing about being part of the Fay Pedler team?

Seeing patients enter the clinic in pain and leaving with a smile feeling so much better!

If you weren’t a member of the Fay Pedler Team what would you be?

Nutritionist – I would like to understand what food is good for us to eat and all the healthy options as I hate diets and love food!!

More importantly….

If you could share a bottle of something with any 3 people in the world, who would they be?

Princess Diana, Mick Hucknall and my Grandad

What is your favourite song(s)?

Shalamar – there it is!

Where in the world is top of your list to visit?

Santorini/Kefalonia

What is the one thing that may surprise people about you?

I can speak Greek – (Especially fluent after a few glasses of wine!)
